Filing + service, handled end to end

Secretary of State service & foreign subpoena domestication

Two of the easiest ways for out-of-state counsel to get a Delaware serve rejected are a Secretary of State packet that doesn't match the Division's procedure and a subpoena that was never properly domesticated. We do both every week — and we do the paperwork, not just the delivery.

Service on the Delaware Secretary of State

Serving a Delaware entity or non-resident through the Secretary of State has its own rulebook: specific copy counts, a conforming cover letter, the statutory fee, and the follow-up mailing. We prepare the packet to the Division of Corporations' SOP procedure and walk it in — so the service is accepted the first time and your return of service holds up.

Foreign subpoena domestication

Under Delaware's Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act we file your out-of-state subpoena with the Prothonotary in any of the three Superior Courts — New Castle, Kent or Sussex — handle the drop-off and pick-up, then serve the Delaware-issued subpoena with the same care. One vendor, one chain of custody, limited kick-back.

We can front the paperwork. Both services require duplicate copies, cover letters and a filing-fee check. Send us the documents and we'll produce the copies, draft the cover letters and issue the fee checks on your behalf — so nothing waits on an out-of-state check in the mail.

Since 1997, for Delaware attorneys. Still the same family.

We started serving for Sussex County attorneys and grew on reputation, not ad spend. Members of NAPPS, authorized for all Delaware courts including Chancery, and we regularly serve Delaware corporations such as Discover Bank in Greenwood. When you order, a licensed investigator — not a marketplace — picks it up.

Process service FAQ

How much does process service cost in Delaware?

Pricing is quoted per job with no hidden fees. The quote includes diligent service attempts, a notarized affidavit of service and a live tracker link. Choose Standard, Rush or Same-Day when you order and we confirm the price by email before we start.

How long does it take to serve papers?

Standard service is initiated within 7 days, Rush within 2–3 days, and Same-Day service is initiated the day you order. Most routine serves complete on the first or second attempt; evasive defendants get continued diligent attempts at varied days and times.

Is a notarized affidavit of service included?

Yes. Every completed serve comes with a notarized affidavit prepared for the court your case is filed in — Superior Court, Common Pleas, Family Court or Court of Chancery. We can also complete your court's own return-of-service form.

How many attempts do you make?

We make diligent attempts — typically three or more at different times of day and days of the week — before reporting non-service. Each attempt is logged with date, time, GPS and notes, all visible on your live tracker.

Can you serve a Delaware registered agent?

Yes. We serve registered agents across Delaware daily, including Lewes, Dover and Wilmington, and document the agent's acceptance on the affidavit.

How do I send you the documents?

Upload PDFs when you order online, or send them by email, fax, USPS, UPS, FedEx or local pick-up. You receive a confirmation and tracker link immediately.

Do you offer skip tracing if the address is bad?

Yes. Our licensed investigators provide skip tracing and full defendant locates, so a bad address does not end the case.

Ready to get it served — by an actual person?

Order in two minutes. Get a confirmation and a live tracker link instantly. A licensed investigator takes it from there.
